    As part of our commitment to growth and success, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Lead Generation Director who will create and execute our Lead Generation Strategy globally that will result in high quality leads for our Sales Teams.

    This role is remote and can be based anywhere across the UK, Hungary or Poland.

    What will you do

    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and outreach cadences to achieve sales targets
    • Manage and lead a Global team of Business Development Representatives
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
    • Optimize lead generation processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and enhance overall performance
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the success of lead generation campaigns

    What will you bring

    • Substantial experience in lead generation, with a track record of driving results
    • Experience of complex sales cycles
    • Strong leadership and team management skills ideally in a remote global context
    • Excellent understanding of B2B lead generation processes
    • Familiarity with marketing, CRM and automation tools
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience of Talent Acquisition or RPO is highly preferable.
