Trainee Case Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Case Officer to join our New Build Shared Ownership team based in our Wells office.
This is a full-time role which covers , Monday to Friday and is inclusive of a one hour lunch break.
Full training on all aspects of this role will be provided.Key Duties of the Role:
- To be assigned a number of files as a case load;
- To deal with draft contract packages, searches, exchange and completion formalities;
- To review client Mortgage Offers;
- To provide general file progression and updates to clients and third parties with use of our Case Management system;
- Ensuring Firm policy and procedure is adhered to during the transaction;
- Participate in all training programmes initiated by the Line Managers;
- Report all issues of concern to the Head of Department or as they may direct;
- To administer daily work within the restrictions of GDPR, Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme and Solicitors Regulation Authority;
- To undertake additional tasks as deemed reasonable to meet the needs of the team in the delivery of excellent client service.
Requirements for the Role:
- Ability to prioritise your workload and stay calm under pressure;
- Use IT systems efficiently;
- Produce accurate work and have a keen eye for detail;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs A
- C/94 or equivalent is essential;.
Salary - £22,000.00
Full training will be provided. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
