My client in
London is looking for an experienced
Band 6 Haematology Biomedical Scientist for a locum contract.


Job Role:

  • Flexibility to work from 8 am to 8 pm ( a 7.5 hour slot)

Qualifications and Experience required:
-
HCPC registered as a BMS:

  • Sysmex Haem and Coagulation systems XN and XS (instruments) as well as the associated middleware.
  • Ability to maintain, QC, run systems and authorise results independently for haem and coagulation. Escalate to clinicians as per existing lab protocols
  • Knowledge of morphology, malaria parasitology, ESR
