    The Procurement Co-Ordinator supports the fleet procurement function for CAPEX applications and management, disposals operations and development of procurement data management.

    • Work with the data analysis teams providing detailed reports on subjects requested
    • Provide administrate support to wider Fleet Procurement team including diary management and logistical planning
    • Work with other Biffa departments, attending meetings and providing updates on Capex and ordering workflow, required information, or issuing completed information
    • Support Fleet Procurement with the delivery of client rollout programs reporting time management, cost and activity
    • Review, create and manage departmental reports inclusive of time keeping, finance and administration management
    • Benchmark data for supply management activities
    • Participate in spend categorisation and support with contract negotiations

    Our essential requirements

    • Previous experience within a Procurement function
    • Confident with all Microsoft Applications including Excel and PowerPoint
    • Confident with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
