Any experience or interest within leadership, mentoring or managing individual contributors.
Solid experience with Java or Scala. Strong data & messaging experience testing software with technology like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Grafana, HiveMQ, Prometheus etc.

Experience with relational database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB or similarExperienced advocate for practices such as Test-Driven Development and Pair ProgrammingExperience building automation tests.
