- Develop software and solutions under the guidance of the Technical Architect and DevOps Lead
- Create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like NUnit, PyTest, and Selenium
- Collaborate with other developers to design robust, testable code
- Analyse systems and provide guidance on architectural changes to enable automated testing, making changes where appropriate
- Continuously improve development processes and practices
- Integrate automation tests with the existing DevOps infrastructure using bespoke code
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Development with a keen interest in test automation
- Demonstrable proficiency in C# .NET, Python, and PowerShell
- Ideally experience developing and implementing testing frameworks
- Ideally experience with some automated testing tools such as NUnit/Xunit, Moq, PyTest, Azue Devops test automation and Selenium
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
- Investment management experience is desirable but not a must
