    Portfolio Manager

    Salary: Competitive plus performance bonus, company car/car cash allowance, medical cover and pension.

    Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

    Location: South East Region

    What you'll be doing;

    • Strategically manage the Municipal Waste portfolio and be fully accountable for overseeing and reporting on all aspects including sales, customer experience, comms, finance and service delivery.
    • Provide leadership in order to support the growth of the portfolio, plan for the future, identify opportunities and maintain clients' satisfaction.
    • Develop, maintain and nurture relations with local stakeholders to promote the services and brand and identify development opportunities.
    • Achieve budgeted revenues and profits and establish a plan for growth.
    • Communicate business strategy, objectives, performance and other matters of business interest and importance to all employees.
    • Ensure that the department complies with organisational wide policy, procedures and process.
    • Engage and work closely with the operational teams to understand and address service issues/delivery.



    What we're looking for;

    • Previous experience working in a sales environment.
    • Knowledge of the commercial waste industry.
    • Experience managing and developing regional and key accounts.
    • Experience in budget setting and financial reporting.
    • Experience in working with local authority clients is desirable.
