London - Hybrid
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Senior Salesforce Administrator
- Responsibilities:
- You will be the Subject Matter Expert for all things Salesforce within the business with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Pardot & Tableau.
- You will create the overall CRM (Salesforce) Strategy for the business and help to implement this.
- Responsible for gathering requirements from key stakeholders within the business to create this strategy.
- Responsible for dashboards and analytics functionality for all stakeholders.
- Understanding of CRM Marketing tools such as Pardot.
- Managing the Salesforce Administrator.
Senior Salesforce Administrator - Requirements:
- 4 years' experience in a Salesforce Administration or Platform related role.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ & Pardot.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Previous experience mentoring junior Salesforce administrators.
- Experience creating dashboards and dealing with analytics tools
