As a Pack-house Manager in the FMCG food industry, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting customer demands while maintaining high-quality standards.

Lead the pack-house operation, overseeing production, packing, and shipping to meet customer orders accurately and on time.

• Monitor grade-outs to maximize recovery and minimize waste, implementing improvement strategies as needed.
• Coordinate size allocation with the planning department, ensuring efficient resource use and meeting customer requirements.
• Confirm daily production plans with planning, considering factors like customer demand and inventory levels.
• Maintain the pack-house to BRC/Customer standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive performance improvements.

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, food science, business management, or a related field preferred.

• Knowledge of BRC and customer standards, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production management software preferred.
