Responsibilities:


  • Showcase and sell luxury new homes to prospective buyers, providing detailed information about the features, specifications, and benefits of the properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including property investors, highnetworth individuals, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property tours and host open house events to showcase the properties.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers, provide information on pricing, availability, and financing options, and follow up on leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including guiding buyers through the purchase process, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring a smooth closing.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the real estate industry to effectively position and sell the luxury properties.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth sales transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company, including meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and sales reports, using company CRM systems.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in new homes sales, preferably in the luxury real estate market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Indepth knowledge of the London real estate market, including understanding of luxury property trends, pricing, and financing options.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Professional demeanour, with a customer focused approach and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary Range:
£30,000 to £35,000 per year (depending on experience), plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance.
