The RoleThey are getting numerous requests for their assistance on commercial property work and so they are seeking an experienced commercial property / real estate lawyer who can come in and help set up the property department.

The RequirementsDue to the standalone nature of the role they anticipate at least 8 PQE is required.

They are open to someone already at head of department or partner level, or someone who is keen to step up into this role.
