Salary:
£63,000 - £68,000 Per annum + package
About the Company:
A leading Housing Developer in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager for a traditional development in Shrewsbury.
Job Duties:
Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor and control project budgets and timelines
Report progress to senior management
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
First Aid Certification
CSCS Black Card
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
Full UK Driving Licence
Required Experience:
3+ years experience as a number 1 Site Manager on new build housing projects
PLC House Building experience
