Administrator


Salary:
£21,000 - £25,000 per annum

Location:
Stevenage


Contract:
Permanent, full time

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We are looking for an Administrator to work within a busy office in Stevenage

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous customer service / administration experience.
  • Proactive, motivated, and great willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft packages.
  • Team player and highly motivated.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support across the business.
  • Prepare and maintain client files.
  • Undertake research and identify solutions.
  • Organise information for analysis.
  • Draft recommendation reports to be signed off.
  • Type letters and proofred letters.
  • Managing compliance paperwork.
  • Booking in appointments for clients.
