£23-25k****HOURS:

37.5 HOURS PER WEEK HYBRID 2 DAYS IN OFFICE, 3 AT HOME**Service driven Customer Service Advisor urgently required for an established and growing company based in Richmond.

The company distribute healthcare products throughout Europe and the Middle East and have an outstanding reputation in the industry.
They are seeking an experienced, client facing Customer Service Advisor who will be a strong representative for the company.


ROLE PURPOSE:


To service accounts across the customer base, with a focus on customer contact, order creation, distribution planning, delivery execution and delivery after care services, meeting internal and external customer requirements and resolving all queries whilstfollowing all relevant compliance rules.

Promoting a positive and professional company image to customers and supporting the company business goals.


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:


  • A levels or equivalent business experience
  • Understanding of supply chain and stock management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with challenging situations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Understanding of interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Effective time management with ability to work under pressure and to tight time deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
Based in luxury offices in Richmond, this is a wonderful location with a great team environment.
You will be well spoken and presented with a keen interest in providing excellent service and client resolution.
