Salary £22,000 + Benefits Package & Hybrid Working
Our client is a superb International Company with offices just outside of Leeds city centre. As a result of strong and strategic growth, they are now expanding their B2B customer service team. This role will include daily client communication, administration,reviewing processes and procedures.

Our client offers a range of benefits including hybrid working, strong pension scheme, excellent holidays and free parking. You will also be part of a productive and friendly team.


What will the role involve:


  • Manage specific customer base to ensure that the highest levels of service are offered
  • Deliver agreed level of proactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers
  • Working closely with other departments
  • Using promotional activities to increase the sales value of orders (upselling)
  • Liaise between production and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries and production
  • Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion
  • Monitor, process and follow up on any credits that are raised on the account by the customer

What we are looking for:


  • Excellent communication and people handling skills (internal and external).
  • Team player
  • Selfmotivator, able to operate upon own initiative.
  • Enthusiastic character with an exceptional work ethic.
  • Experience within a previous telephonebased role delivering customer service
  • PC literacy skills
