    Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Heads of Department with administrative and purchasing functionsSupport Heads of Department with all aspects of people and payroll processesSupport onboarding and offboarding colleaguesSupport colleague training and developmentIdentify opportunities to enhance the experience of colleagues on campus by leading and delivering small-medium projects to show continuous improvement.

    Promote excellent communications within all teamsManagement of work orders, reporting and compliance evidenceSupport Heads of Department with inspection auditingProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsExperience in a similar position within the FM industryMust be IT literate, comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and employee databasesGood planning and organisational skills, and capable of working to tight deadlinesExperience in evidencing audit and compliance readinessExperience in delivering small and medium sized projectsAbility to be flexible to suit customer needs and to cover operationsBuild relationships in a professional mannerThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
