Description

We are looking for experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join this schools tight - knit team to assist with supporting children across KS1- KS2 in a fantastic primary school in Tower Hamlets

You must have a solid understanding of SEN, mainly Autism and SEMH, as you will be working 1:1 and occasionally taking small groups.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your knowledge and skills in a particular area of SEN, to help improve pupils learning.

There will be ongoing support for your professional development from the management team, as you will be a part of a supportive team in a primary school in the Tower Hamlets area.

A solid SEN background
Autism and SEMH experience
Seeking someone who is creative, proactive, resilient and can get the best out of the pupils
Previous experience working with Primary children will be essential
You will be willing to work as part of a team and be flexible, to support the needs of the pupils

If you're successful you will be able to put the needs of the children at the forefront of what they do, taking into consideration any pupils in the classroom with special educational needs

Have the ability to travel daily to the Tower Hamlets location for work:
The opportunity for a permanent contract available
immediate start or September 2023**:
Competitive daily rate up to £90£100 per day (depending on experience)
The opportunity to work and learn in Ofsted rated 'Good' schools you will be assessed on the following: relevant SEN support experience, knowledge of Safeguarding policies, competency and situational based questions in a Primary context.
