The Campaign Sales team has been created to bring that same culture of excellence to the way we follow-up and nurture sales relationships with the resulting leads.

    We understand the importance of creating a best-in-class organisation that connects marketing with sales to drive business growth through new client acquisition. Our Campaign Sales team work closely with Fee Earners, BD teams and Knowledge Lawyers across the firm to identify campaign opportunities and provide a strategic function to support the growth of the firm.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will report into the Senior Digital Campaigns Manager and work closely with the wider Campaign Sales team to contribute to creating a best-in-class organisation that connects marketing with sales to drive business growth through new client acquisition.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing an understanding of our services and target personas across core areas of the business.
  • Generating sales qualified leads by responding, engaging and qualifying inbound leads and enquiries
  • Researching and sourcing key contacts at target companies and initiating contact through calling or email outreach
  • Taking a data-driven approach to testing outreach strategies and focussing on continually improving the process
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and book qualified meetings with nominated lawyers
  • Following up on the booked meetings with internal stakeholders to get feedback on lead quality
  • Demonstrating best practice including the use of CRM and other sales enablement technologies
  • Contributing to Campaign Sales:

  • Be seen as a role model across the Campaign Sales and BD team
  • Uphold the standards, professionalism and strategic value delivered by the Campaign Sales team
  • Assist the Campaign Sales team and Practice Groups in developing outreach strategies
  • Support and lead the collaborative culture within the team
  • Offer training and coaching to team members on best practice, as well as share knowledge across the BD team and wider business
  • The Individual

    You will be a high-energy, organised and motivated individual, aware of your part in defining the role of sales within the Firm. You will be able to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships, have good attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills.

    You will prospect for and manage a continuous flow of leads, serve as the first point of contact for new client relationships, and be excited at the opportunities that will be available to you as an early hire into our expanding team.     Skills/Experience

    The successful candidate will:

  • Have 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Be capable of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided
  • Demonstrate proficiency with HubSpot or another CRM software
  • Be proven in developing creative problem-solving approaches and possess strong analytical skills
  • Be able to multi-task with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Be passionate about fostering strong client and team relationships, and be highly motivated and hard working
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills - ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities
