    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate/Senior Associate to join our dynamic team.

    This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for the industrial sector and a proven track record in financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution.

    Identify and evaluate investment opportunities within the industrial sector, particularly focusing on the smaller end of the middle market.


    Due Diligence and Analysis:
    Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, to assess potential investment opportunities.

    Perform thorough due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, customer analysis, and operational assessment, to evaluate investment risks and opportunities.

    # Support senior team members in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of investment transactions.
    Coordinate with legal, financial, and other advisors to facilitate the closing of transactions.
    # Monitor portfolio company performance and financial metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management and investors.
    Assist in preparing portfolio reviews, performance reports, and other materials for investor communications.
    # Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

    Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development, with a focus on the industrial sector.

    Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
