Alpine F1 Team have a new position to join the team as an IT Service Desk Coordinator where you will be the 1st point of contact for the Teams IT related questions and issues.


IT Service Desk Coordinator - The Role


As part of this position, your main responsibility will be to log, triage and assign issues in the Service Desk software.

You will coordinate and update users on the status of their ticket, troubleshooting issues where possible and escalating accordingly where necessary.

Other aspects of the role will include administrative tasks associated to the successful operation of the IT Operations Department


IT Service Desk Coordinator - The Person


We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, a high attention to detail with a willingness to learn new skills.

You will be proficient in the use and understanding of Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office suite and the Microsoft 365 services.
