We're looking for a sales/customer support/service specialist to assist buyers of lab instrumentation & diagnostic testing equipment. This role oversees hundreds of projects and would provide full training, to allow you to assist with issues lab-basedclients would have (virtually)

If you have a strong understanding of microbiology and can speak either French, German, Swedish/Norwegian/Danish we are looking to hear from you The role must be based in either Manchester or Wroclaw, Poland.

**The following requirements are essential for this position: Nordic language speaker (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) OR French OR German language skills

*For the German-speaking role you must be based in Poland
In-depth knowledge of Molecular Biology and Genomics laboratory experience (i.e. RNA, PCR,qPCR)
Education in Molecular Biology/genomics BA/(MSc/PhD
Ability to provide technical information to a non-technical audience.

Due to an increase in customer requirements our client is lookingfor an Associate Technical Service Specialist with practical experience in the most frequently used techniques in molecular biology.

This role will be focusing on providing technical support and solutions to customers in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
