The Role


Due to the continued success and expansion of Inzpire we are seeking an exceptional individual with Administration Experience to support Operational Collective Training.


  • General office duties including the preparation and delivery of core administration whilst maintaining, reviewing and improving existing processes.
  • Reception duties including control of entry and visitor coordination including appropriate sponsoring, monitoring and accountability of personnel.
  • Preparation of training and military exercise documents and associated products.
  • Assisting the Training Delivery with administrative tasks and role play.
  • Administrative support to military training events.
  • Appropriate data integrity for both the input and export of information.
  • Responsibility for overseeing the group mailboxes, acting on initiative to ensure the queries are directed appropriately.


This will involve working as part of the Whole Force in collaboration with Service colleagues and involve the use of synthetic training devices.


As an Administrative Assistant (Operational Training) SME working within Inzpires one team-one vision ethos, the role will also have the opportunity to support delivery in Collective Training Divisions live and synthetic Collective Training contracts.


The Person
You will be a dynamic, confident and experienced administrator, who will be comfortable within a military environment.


Flexibility is critical within this role, so as an adaptable self-starter, you will waste no time in becoming a committed member of our passionate team.


Essential

  • Experience in delivering administrative support within an organised environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as a part of a team.
  • Be willing to embrace the Inzpire work ethic of loyalty, flexibility and consistently delivering beyond our customers expectations.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in live and synthetic Collective Training delivery.
  • Military experience.

Hours of Work
The standard working day is 0800hrs to 1700hrs. During training delivery, the working day may extend to 0700hrs-2000hrs.

During these periods, the day will be split between two employees and incorporating an early shift (0700hrs-1500hrs) and a late shift (1200hrs-2000hrs).

Occasionally, unsocial working hours may be required to support distributed training overseas. Shifts and diversions will be agreed in advance with Line Management.


Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
