- Effectively managing news by identifying potential issues and promptly responding to them.
- Engaging in content creation to generate, shape, distribute, and exchange dynamic content across various social media platforms.
- Contributing actively to the organisations campaigns and collaborating with marketing and insight teams.
- Participating in the out-of-hours duty roster, which includes working on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships and working with journalists and other key influencers.
- An understanding of the changing way in which content is created and consumed and the ability to create dynamic content for a variety of channels.
- The ability to maintain personal resilience through periods of sustained pressure caused by external events, workloads and resource challenges.
- The ability to spot potential problems and react quickly ensuring colleagues receive timely and professional advice.
