This job description sets out the key responsibilities and duties for the role of Customer Support (Facilities Management). The duties and responsibilities are meant to provide guidance as to the nature and scope of the role. These are however not meant to be prescriptive.

Additional extra or supplemental duties may be required to facilitate the needs of the business or assist during busy periods.

This job description will be reviewed on an annual basis to establish whether the nature of the role has changed and the extent of that change.

Key Duties & Responsibilities, supporting AFMs with the following:

  • Manage Engineers Job Cards.
  • Manage and monitor engineers travelling ect. (Telegance)
  • Logging Health & Safety documentation onto the shared drive. (Ladder Inspection, Vehicle Inspections etc.)
  • Managing compliance documentation. (Gas, F-Gas & Electrical etc.)
  • Estimating process (logging/chasing prices/inputting) and working to targets.
  • Supporting with quotes for remedial actions for both engineers and contractors.
  • PPM/Compliance process (review site assets with AFM to ensure in line with contract review maintenance planner reporting/issue weekly asset no test reports/input and revise contracts

Personal Skills & Attributes:

  • 3 years previous experience in a help desk environment. (CAFM Systems)
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional time management.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and multimanage tasks.
  • Selfmotivator, methodological and proactive.
  • Results/ task orientated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident & polite manner.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Mechanical and Electrical understanding of the FM industry.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
