We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to oversee the daily operations and care services at our residential facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Residential Childrens Home Setting, with a strong background in leadership and supervising staff.

• Supervise and train staff members to ensure quality care delivery
• Monitor children/ young people's wellbeing and respond to any medical or emotional needs promptly
• Previous experience in a managerial role within assisted living, nursing homes, or similar settings
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in residential care settings
• NVQ level 3 or above in children's residential
