We are working with a growing Supply Chain Finance provider to recruit an Operations Associate based in LIverpool Street.

The Operations team's primary goal is to ensure the smooth delivery of thousands of payments, settlements and reconciliations go through efficiently.

They are ideally looking for someone with excellent attention to detail with experience of SAP and reconciliationswho can help look for efficiencies and workarounds.

Responsibilities

Perform daily Operational activities.
Processing of Payments and Collections for Customers.
Prepare/check and distribute Funding Documents.
Support, confirm, settle and match Treasury Activity.
Maintain daily interest LIBOR and other currency rates.
Record and action service calls from customers.
Adhoc Reconciliation of Operating Accounts using SAP.
Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business in line with the Orbian Vision.
Escalation of issues to Operations Manager.

Knowledge/Experience:

Essential

Fluent Spanish
At least two years' experience in Financial Services.
An understanding of basic accounting principles.
Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in combining professional callhandling skills with data/interactive web transactions.
Exposure to dealing with confidential and sensitive material/information, and experience of handling these situations with discretion and integrity.
Experience of working within a small team, working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve matters.
Experience of working in an environment driven by constantly changing levels of work
PC skills including Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education to 'A' Level standard.

Desirable

Experience using SAP or similar ERP system.
Experience of standard call centre software packages e.g. Salesforce or similar CRM, and callhandling would be an advantage.
