Job Description One of Scotland's leading Construction, Infrastructure and Projects teams are looking to hire an additional Associate or Senior Associate to join their high-ranking team in Edinburgh- hybrid working is also available.

The Infrastructure and Projects team advises project companies, contractors, service providers, funders and public sector clients in the UK and Ireland on social and economic infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors including education, health, transport, wastewater, municipal waste and social housing.

You can expect to work on a wide variety of infrastructure and construction projects and will be encouraged to take client-facing roles from an early stage.

Due to the breadth of work that the team undertakes, this role presents an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, develop and utilise a wide range of skills and be exposed to a variety of transactions.

Projects and construction transactions vary and work assignments will depend upon the specific instructions- examples include:

~ Advising on project documents including project agreements, building contracts, facilities management contracts, appointment agreements, collateral warranties, direct agreements, bonds, guarantees, supplemental agreements and variation agreements;

~ Advising on the projects aspects of the procurement, funding, construction and operation of infrastructure projects (including in respect of the operational aspects of PPP/PFI/NPD/hub DBFM projects);

~ Advising on hub design and build development projects including the drafting and preparation of design and build development agreements, construction subcontracts, corporate approval documents and other ancillary documentation.

4+ PQE and a background in Projects, PPP, Construction or Energy.
~ Team player and willing to be flexible.
