Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company who design systems and products that are innovative, sustainable and affordable to its clients.

They design and manufacture systems and products that help create iconic façades.

This is a 2 month project with a possibility of extension but no guarantee. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Saving and moving purchase invoices within the company drive in order to process a paperless processing and filing system.
  • Reconciling the credit card statement, printing off any receipts required. Entering the information onto a spreadsheet before entering onto Sage.
  • Dealing with customers/Suppliers and internal staff regarding any purchase invoice queries.
  • Checking POD's ready for payment of supplier invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements from suppliers requesting copy invoices if needed.
  • Daily bank reconciliations on GBP and Euro bank accounts.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly Banking reports.
  • Taking payments over the phone on an online banking portal.
  • Housekeeping on Supplier and Customer ledgers.
  • Checking and preparing expenses for monthly payment to employees.
  • Any other adhoc duties.

Skills and experience

  • Experience using Sage 50 Accounts V28.1 including entering nominal codes to enter purchase invoices.
  • Experience using database system's to enter invoices with purchase orders. Full training will be given for the actual system.
