Shirley Baptist Church, Solihull is excited to advertise this Youth Ministry Lead role. We are passionate about youth and families and look forward to a new staff member joining this exciting and vital area of ministry.
Key elements of the role are to build and enable vibrant volunteer teams, relate and engage enthusiastically with young people and build a discipling ministry and culture that not only helps grow and ground young people in faith but helps reach those who don't yet know Jesus. The Youth Ministry Lead will work closely alongside the Church Ministry Lead as a part of the staff team.
