Property Bookkeeper
North London
£30,000-£35,000

Liaising with tenants regarding rent payments
Dealing with overdue accounts in a professional manner and taking appropriate action where necessary
Maintaining arrears records and minimising overdue accounts by maintaining regular monitoring
Negotiating payment plans with tenants
Daily bank reconciliations
Chasing outstanding rent arrears
Cash allocation
Producing aged debtor reports
Sending out reminder statement for overdue accounts

Skills:

Previous experience working within the property sector
Experience in bookkeeping & credit control
Strong knowledge of Quick Books desirable
