Description
Are you a fully qualified electrician with commercial experience? Are you looking for a company to offer up skilling and training?My client are a National Building Services Provider who have been operating since 1988 who employ over 250 staff across the board.
They provide Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Electrical & Mechanical Solutions to their portfolio of clients and do so by providing Project Management, Installation, Service, Maintenance & Breakdown across these disciplines.
Their client portfolio is vast and stretches from Commercial Offices, Healthcare Centres, Commercial Council Works, Public Sectors, Retail and Leisure.
They are seeking an experienced electrician who can work within well-known commercial environments, carrying out all areas of electrical installation, compliance, maintenance, and remedial tasks.
Fire alarm service and maintenance works are required for this position - Fire alarm training is provided within our onsite training centre to the successful candidate.
This is a full time and permanent opportunity, working on a mobile basis on sites across the Northwest region.
Candidate must have achieved the NVQ Level 3 Certificate in electrical installation (City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical Installation).
Experience in fire alarm addressable / conventional systems desirable.Experience in door access (standalone or network systems) desirable but not essential.
Experience on a call out rota desirable but not essential.
Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal helpdesk/admin and clients at varying levels.
Good understanding of electrical certification.
Experience in using electrical multi-function testers.
50P/H (40 Hour Week) - £36,400
