We are seeking a talented recruitment professional to join our team and help us deliver a world class service whilst improving lives through work.

As a Recruitment Business Manager you will have the opportunity to drive our Exeter team to success and be the first choice recruiter in the local marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Running a successful desk by exceeding revenue targets and delivering an exceptional customer service
Ensuring your team are set up for success by giving clear direction and strategy
Running effective 1-2-1's
Coaching and supporting
Running a profitable business by hitting contribution targets and dominating your local marketplace

You will be measured on the growth and contribution of your business, your individual billing performance and high levels of customer service.

Skills and experience:

Previous agency recruitment experience
Previous management experience is desirable but not essential as we can enrol you on our inhouse Pathway to Management course
Tenacity and resilience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
