Our city centre based hospitality client are keen to appoint a Night Concierge for a six month fixed term contract.

This would be working 12-hour shifts on a 4x nights on 4x nights of rota basis.

The main role will include receiving parcels from couriers, logging into our system and putting them away in the post room, then handing out parcels to residents as and when required.

Flushing of all outlets in empty apartments to ensure safety at all times.

Support the on site team with jobs for apartment turnarounds - hanging curtains, mattress replacements, swapping out furniture, as and when required.

Be able to complete at least two full site patrols per shift, rotate, manage, and empty the waste bins on site ready for collection.

Be happy to assist contractors, hand out keys and support as required.

As the sole member of staff on site, they wouldbe expected to act in any emergency situations, with the appropriate action.

The ideal applicant with have excellent customer service skills and be good at dealing with customers, and providing an excellent service to the residents at all times.
