We have an exciting prospect for an experienced and dynamic Senior Leisure Assistant to join our Country Club team.This is a key role within the department focusing on co-ordinating guest/member requests within the Leisure Club thus ensuring all customers receive a high standard of customer care and service; and leading the Leisure Club team on a daily basis, assisting in their training and development in order to maintain the maximum quality standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
Have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for the health and welfare of our guests and Country Club Members.
Experience of a senior/leadership/supervisory role within a team in the leisure industryLead the team of Leisure Club Assistants on a daily basis with guidance from the Country Club Manager
Ensure that all pool and Leisure Club furniture is kept clean and tidy.
Perform fitness assessments as required (once trained) to Company procedures.
To offer a Fitness Programme for all new members, highlighting correct use of equipment and continue to monitor.
Assist in the training and development of the Country Club team.
Managing the team in the absence of the Country Club Manager
