    Hello Education are searching for Flexible Cover Supervisors who live, or are able to commute to Selston, Nottinghamshire.

    As a Cover Supervisor, you will be tasked with helping the school with its day-to-day classroom cover needs when the usual teacher(s) is unavailable.

    You will cover a range of lessons for pupils aged 11 upwards. Flexible working around your diary and school needs

    • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is not required for this position, however experience working with children would be beneficial
    • A Cover Supervisor is someone that takes control of the classroom and leads preplanned lessons to pupils in that class when the usual teacher is unavailable. As a Cover Supervisor, you get the excitement of teaching a range of topics to a variety of year groups. You are not expected to be an expert in every field; however, you will be capable to lead a preplanned lesson and ensure that children are continuing with their studies in the teacher s absence. You do not need to have Qualified Teacher Status however some experience working with children will be beneficial in this role.
