Housing provider in the Derbyshire area are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Asset Investment service.

Role Purpose

To lead a surveying team undertaking a full range of surveys to all buildings and associated land managed by the client, in both tenanted and void properties.

To capture high quality survey data to directly inform the delivery of maintenance, improvement and capital investment programmes requested.

£43,00 - £45,000
Agile working
26 days annual leave rising by a further 5 days after 5 years service
