My client based in the Stourport area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a part-time HR advisor on a Permanent contract.

This role would require 5 hours per day, Tuesday - Thursday and 9-1 on a Friday The main responsibilities associated with the role include- Managing the recruitment process- Managing new starter inductions- Supporting Disciplinary process- Monitor absences- Supporting payroll as required- General admin around the HR functionAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience in a similar role is essential- CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum- Strong communication skills, both written and oral- An ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels- Good IT Skills- An ability to manage workload and prioritize as requiredThe salary on offer is between £30000 and £35,000 on a pro-rata basisKeywordsHR, Recruitment, Inductions, Right to Work checks, Disciplinary, Grievance, interviews, CIPD
