Programme Manager - London, United Kingdom - Global Accounting Network
Description
Global Accounting Network are partnering exclusively with an international energy client looking for a Programme Manager to join them on an initial 9 month contract as part of a Workday implementation.
As the Programme Manager, this role will be critical in developing the ERP to allow for further growth and efficiency gains within the finance function.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Manage the ERP implementation from start to finish
- Design & own the delivery plan
- Monitor and track progress accordingly
- Develop budgets & financial appraisals
- Define the scope, operational capability, benefits realisation and justification
- Prepare and own all project documentation throughout the project
- Partner with external implementation partners to ensure the successful delivery of the new group finance roadmap
- Ensure all stakeholders are working to timelines and escalate any risks or issues as and when required
- Liaise between the business, IT, & tech delivery
- Ad Hoc Programme Manager tasks
- MUST have previous ERP, ideally Workday implementation project management experience
- Exceptional organisation & communication skills
- Previous experience partnering with an external implementation partner
- A strong understanding of finance & accounting
