Project ManagerMy client ar looking for a Project Manager to work within their Maintenance side of the business, reporting into an Operations Manager.
The role will be working on projects they have with the company who manage and maintain the arches across the Network Rail network.
The Project Manager will look after multiple projects (likely 1-4) which have a value of between £10,000 - £1.5 million, the higher the value the less projects you would need to look after.
The Project Manager would have site managers and other subcontractors dependant on the project, the majority of these projects will be in the London area.
You will ideally have some rail experience, but if not, you should have general fit out background and any exposure to arch works would be advantageous.
You would need to have a good understanding and application of quality management and be happy with scheduling program of works.
