- Delivering, coordinating and managing projects on social performance topics in a range of sectors and for a variety of clients across the globe, working closely with ERM's other technical community globally;
- Providing technical support to various team members on social performance topics;
- Contributing to business development activities, through the development of proposals, client presentations, and technical marketing initiatives;
- Adhering to all ERM and client requirements, specifically those related to H&S and governance.
- Working with junior consultants to provide guidance in delivery of social performance assessments; and
- National and international travels might be required.
- Knowledge of the IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, UN Guiding Principles and OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises;
- The "S" component of ESGs and Due Diligences;
- Social impact assessment and management planning;
- Socio-economic development including social investment, local content.
- Stakeholder engagement;
- Resettlement and livelihood restoration;
- Excellent report writing, analytical and inter-personal skills.
- 3-4 years previous relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (ideally a Masters degree);
- Previous experience within industry, fieldwork and/or consultancy;
