HOURS 40 HOURS PER WEEK

With modern trackside short-term accommodation and a performance-led clubhouse to enjoy up-close viewing of top-level racing, dining, and wellness, we have created a space which seamlessly merges hospitality and motorsport in an original way, right on the edge of the Silverstone racetrack.
This role involves supporting the Styling Supervisor in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction within the parameters of a luxury resort environment.
The Styling Coordinator entrusts with the responsibility of upholding the brand's standards to ensure the best guest experienceAdministration:
liaise with Styling Supervisors and the entire hotel team to support on admin including stock take, checking consumables, ordering in anything needed to ensure housekeeping standards are high.
~ Empty rubbish bins and transport waste to disposal areas.~ Customer Service:
Provide friendly and helpful service to guests/clients when necessary, addressing their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
~ Adherence to Policies:
Follow all safety and cleaning procedures, as well as company policies and guidelines.
~ Additional ad-hoc responsibilities will arise which will be considered to form a reasonable part of the role and role requirements may be subject to change from time to time.
