Cognizant is recruiting a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Solution Consultant, you will provide expert-level business and technical solution consultancy during the entire lifecycle of the sales and execution process. You'll also provide technical expertise and support for the UK Markets team, including developing solutions for complex customer issues.

If you were already in this Solution Consultant role, here are some areas you might have worked in this week:

• Successful delivery of solutions developed by leading the execution engagements in a Global Delivery Model
• Stay current on product developments and releases to a level required for demo and POC/POC
• Process design, workflow mapping, and functional specification documentation
• Proposal production, ServiceNow product demonstrations, and the scoping and delivery of in-depth Proof-of-Concepts

The successful ServiceNow Solution Consultant applicant will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow in at least two modules. You will also require:

• Well versed with proposal production, ServiceNow product demonstrations, and the scoping and delivery of in-depth Proof-of-Concepts
• A natural advisor or consultant who can demonstrate the product tailored to prospective customers
• Expert at Process design, workflow mapping, and functional specification documentation
• Background in ITIL, Service Management, and ServiceNow Architecture /Development
• Experience with Application Development and a flair for s/w design and development (preferably Java, .NET apps)
• Knowledge of IT application development methodologies, Scrum, and Agile would be an added bonus.
