The Lanes Group are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Operations Supervisor to join us on our Patching & Lining team working on behalf of Severn Trent Water.


About the Role:


The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the planning and organisation of the engineer response team activities, carrying out Health & Safety audits on site, ensuring your team have the correct equipment and information to complete all works safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.

You will be responsible for your regions Internal & Client / Contract based KPI performance. You will also be responsible utilisation, productivity, cost control and delivery works effectively and efficiently.


You will have responsibility for company vehicles and plant assigned to the region, making sure they are calibrated and serviced correctly with the support of their transport division.


You will be required to be present at various Client Sites and ensure that all client policies and procedures are adhered to both by yourself and field teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held a supervisory position and managed a team of more than 20+ field-based multiskilled engineers and are looking to progress you career.

This isa dual role between office and site therefore a company van is provided to enable you to work on various sites as and when required.


About You:


  • You must also have excellent IT skill with the ability to use all Microsoft packages.
  • Previous Wastewater and Utility Framework experience and experience of liaising and leading a team of multiskilled operatives across various disciplines, including Patching, UV Lining, Ambient Lining, Precision Cutting
  • Ability to schedule work to ensure maximum productivity and optimum asset usage
  • A full driving licence is also required
