Project Support Officer - Port Talbot, United Kingdom - Swansea Bay University Health Board
Description
To provide a comprehensive professional and confidential administrative support in the delivery of a number of projects.
The post holder will be responsible for managing their own workload and will be given delegated responsibility for managing certain aspects of projects.
To develop and maintain information systems that assist in the delivery of projects ensuring that progress is accurately captured.
To act as the main channel of communication between the Project Lead, colleagues within the service, Senior Colleagues in the Health Board, other NHS Organisations, Welsh Government and other external partners.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
To assist in the organisation and project planning of delegated projects.
To provide a robust administrative service for the Project Leads.
To prioritise duties, ensuring that all deadlines are met
To lead on delegated aspects of projects as agreed with the Project Lead.
To effectively plan and manage delegated aspects of the project e.g. meeting co-ordination, minute-taking, agendas.
