As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and resilient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Directors' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review contracts, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Directors, screening and prioritising incoming requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the Directors.
- Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Handle adhoc tasks and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and assertive demeanour.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problemsolving, with a "cando" attitude.
- Previous experience dealing with difficult or challenging situations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required.
