- First and second level end user support (on-site)
- Installation, maintenance and administration of notebook's, peripherals and mobile devices
- Performing administrative support (e.g. access management)
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Escalating problems where necessary to management or third-party suppliers
- 3-5 years of experience in end user computing
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Pro-active user centric mindset
- Knowledge of Asset management, M365 and SharePoint
- Knowledge ticketing tool like Service Now
