    Duties:
    • First and second level end user support (on-site)
    • Installation, maintenance and administration of notebook's, peripherals and mobile devices
    • Performing administrative support (e.g. access management)
    • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
    • Escalating problems where necessary to management or third-party suppliers
    Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience in end user computing
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills
    • Pro-active user centric mindset
    • Knowledge of Asset management, M365 and SharePoint
    • Knowledge ticketing tool like Service Now
