Customer Service


Location:
Welwyn Garden City


Salary:
£12.47 per hour

Contract:
Full Time, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm


The Role:


Our client is looking for a confident and pro-active Customer Service Executive, to join their busy team in Welwyn Garden City.

Working in the travel industry, no two days are the same and you must be prepared to be flexible with duties.

You will be trained fully for this role in person and don't require any experience apart from a drive to progress and passion for knowing more


Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with quotes
  • Inputting bookings onto their inhouse system (full training will be provided
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Supporting the customer service executive with any tasks required.

Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Be organised and have excellent time management skills
  • Be reliable and selfmotivated, along with the ability to work on your own initiative
