Chief Financial Officer£ ,000 + executive packageBased: Greater London A successful business providing design services for clients operating in the luxury sector are hiring a CFO.

You will be a key member of the Operating Board responsible for the financial performance of the business. You will be responsible for all operations of the finance team and all financial aspects of the business.

You will deliver company strategy, drive and provide effective decision making, and ultimately be responsible for the financial development and stewardship of the company.

You will need to interact and communicate directly with the Operating Board, non-finance teams, and external stakeholders (eg clients, auditors, HMRC and banks).

Alongside the CEO and Commercial Director, this role will also ensure that the business delivers on the development plan and long term strategy.

You identify risks and opportunies for the organsiaton.

We would welcome applications from candidates with experience in the creative, legal, professional or design services sectors, but this is not a prerequisite.

You should be comfortable working in a fluid environment and possess the ability to be flexible, agile and work with ambiguity.

The CFO will be paid a strong six figure basic salary and executive package including bonus and LTIP. It will be based in Greater London and with hybrid working arrangements in place.
