    As an Assistant Facilities Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

    You will have experience working in a similar role being responsible for managing relationships with a multitude of stakeholders, contractors, third party providers and residents / customers.

    Responsible for issuing permits to works, reviewing RAMS, checking PPE and carrying out site inspections with a good understanding of AOVs, fire alarm maintenance etc.

    Some exposure to dealing with project management, getting quotations, managing contractors, overseeing works and ensuring health and safety compliance.
    youll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with residents and contractors on any queries, complaints and health and safety related matters.

    Ensuring statutory compliance and uploading required documentation online.
    Youre always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results
    Support with the M&E daily checks (Plant rooms, pump rooms etc.)

    You will work closely with the facilities team to ensure completion of fire risk assessments, general risk assessments and ensure deadlines are met.

    You have strong administrative experience, filling, archiving and retrieving documents.
