Are you looking for an exceptional EA to CEO role within an educational charity just outside of High Wycombe? (4 days a week from home/remote and 1 day a week in the office on average)

This role is a 35 hour working week in a fabulous organisation with amazing benefits which include a discretionary 10% bonus on top of the salary of up to £37,000


What does the EA to CEO role involve?

  • To provide high quality and proactive support to ensure the smooth operation of the Chief Executive's position
Executive, administrative and organisational support (including diary management, travel and expenses)

  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Representing the Chief Executive to provide executive input, management and support on projects/steering groups
  • Providing adhoc support to other strategic roles as required, including the Leadership Team, the Chair of Trustees and the President
  • Other work within the scope of the role and sphere of influence
  • Effective gatekeeping responsibility between internal/external stakeholders, the public and CEO
  • Managing all aspects of Chief Executive's bimonthly board report including collating, copy editing/proofreading ready for submission to Chief Executive/Board.
  • Schedule management on behalf of Chief Executive to ensure all meetings, events and deadlines are carried out seamlessly.
  • Producing high quality reports, summaries, presentations or organisation charts.
  • Providing meeting briefings for the Chief Executive.
  • Providing secretariat support for monthly Leadership Team meetings and Portfolio Review Group meetings. Providing secretariat cover for other meetings as required.
  • Organising and coordinating executive outreach and external engagement
